1. Services

SpeakBold Academy provides public speaking training, coaching, and educational resources. Services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your enrollment.

2. Registration and Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is due at time of enrollment unless payment plan arranged. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment (before first session). 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to most programs. No refunds after program completion. Transfers to future programs available with 14 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and content are owned by SpeakBold Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpeakBold Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
